If you’ve ever been in need of things to read, this series is for you.
In my younger days (read: before children…maybe even before husband) I used to happily read 3-5 books at once, merrily devouring information at all hours of the day and night; reading anything and everything…..from romance novels, to how to guides, to poetry, to art, to history, to physics, to the encyclopedia, to the dictionary…
Now I didn’t make a habit of reading the dictionary, I just did it sometimes!
(I like how I feel the need to explain myself on the dictionary reading…)
Well, let’s just say that your elegant Blogger Friend is lovely and elegant and mayhap just a little strange.
Unfortunately, I can’t read as much as I’d like to now since I’m on Mommy duty like 24/7…
I get little snippets of reading done here and there, while my “Little 2” naps, before bed, and usually late at night…on some nights.
Since my “me” time is
inhumanely pretty limited, I mainly read books to help me or my family. (parenting, guidebooks, diy, spirituality, homemaking, homesteading, crafting, sewing, etc)
Sometimes I do stumble across a fiction gem or two (I can’t WAIT to tell you about those).

So sit tight and we’ll start a little book club…
First book coming soon
Ps. I will try to always have a link to Amazon.com where you can read the book’s summary, see reviews, and buy the book if it’s something you love. Your lovely resident Elegant Parent has been accepted as an Amazon Associate…maybe in part because I shop there all the time and they can sense my sincere love. But I do suggest that you always try your local library before you buy a book. Or buy used (all about saving money 😉
